Nevada conservatives join push to defund Planned Parenthood, plan rally in Las

Dozens of people Tuesday gathered outside Planned Parenthood clinics in Indianapolis and Bloomington, joining other rallies around the state and the country in a call to cut off federal funding from the health care and abortion provider.

It seemed a bit odd – to say the least – that the candidate who spoke recently at the National Right to Life Convention and once likened abortion to “wanton slaughter” would “defend” Planned Parenthood.

The local rally is in conjunction with “Women Betrayed” rallies taking place across the country.

Speaking to the crowd, Betty Winberry tearfully recounted her own experience with abortion. She only remembers returning home and lying on her mattress, “feeling like I had died”. She said the organization used to lure women in with the signs in front of its building.

Having said all that, this hacking is cyberterrorism. “I just needed God to carry me through this”. She said experiments were first done on older men and women, and now they are being done on babies.

Many called on the Executive Council to defund the organization at the state level although the last time that occurred, in 2011, the federal government went around the vote and funded the organization’s contract for services directly.

Planned Parenthood once boasted a list of sponsors that read like a who’s who of the Fortune 100, but now some of the biggest companies say they never gave money to the embattled organization.

These protesters contend that the sales of “body parts“, or fetal tissue, provide additional profits for Planned Parenthood.

Palmer skewered the notion that a fetus in the womb is “just a clump of cells”.

Planned Parenthood can’t be trusted with one penny from taxpayers”, she said.

Ward drew parallels between abortion and the July 4 slaying of Kevin Sutherland aboard the subway in Washington. McCarthy said in his strongest public comments on the issue. “He was innocent. His attacker did not know him. The time is now to stand for life”.

That’s because the pro-life group now takes viewers inside the abortion clinic, and up close with aborted babies, in this third released video.

In case you missed it over the weekend, Planned Parenthood CEO Cecile Richards sat down on ABC’s This Week with George Stephanopoulos and struggled to justify the selling of baby parts “for science” and “medical purposes”.
