James Bond has emerged on Snapchat for 24 hours only – as part of the photo messaging app’s Discover offering.

“This is the first time we created a auto that was completely bespoke for Bond”, said David Adams, a spokesperson at Aston Martin.

It appears that at least one of the cars will be made available for purchase. That will likely mean it’s destiny lies in a collector’s garage. The Aston Martin driven by James Bond in “Spectre” was especially made for the 007 film.

Milton Keynes has a long association with Aston Martin – with the Aston Martin Works in Newport Pagnell also being linked to 007.

The hybrid concept auto was unveiled at the 2010 Paris Motor Show, but never went into full production. Aston Martin’s vintage DB5 famously reappeared in the most recent Bond film, “Skyfall“.
