The best way to honor Christina Grimmie is through how she’s known best: her music. Teefey encouraged fans to tweet out #ChristinaGrimmie whenever any of the videos are released in order to “trend her all month”.
According to her former manager, Brian Teefy, Grimmie recorded footage in February before embarking on Rachel Platten’s Wildfire Tour. “We have a four part mini-series of music videos for the Side A EP titled The Ballad of Jessica Blue”.
“The decision to release these videos was a collective decision made by her family and team”, a representative for Grimmie told “Entertainment Tonight.”
They will be part of a “visual celebration of Side A”, titled “The Ballad of Jessica Blue” and will be released exclusively on Billboard, starting on August 11 and ending on September 1.
The announcement of the video releases comes days after Grimmie’s autopsy was completed, with the report stating that the young singer was the victim of a homicide with “gunshot wounds of the head and chest”, stated E!

Grimmie, 22, was fatally shot at The Plaza Live in Orlando, Florida where she was the opening act for the band Before You Exit. “I couldn’t be more proud of her and everyone involved for the labor of love that was put into this project”.
