The app is ideal for those who haven’t read the books, but want to know everything about the lives and history of George R.R. Martin’s fantasy world.

The extracts are between five and 25 minutes long and are designed to allow new readers to relive iconic moments from the show, while getting a taste of George R R Martin’s writing, a spokesperson for HarperCollins UK said.

Not to worry, a new app is going to help you sort everything out, without picking up those pesky books. The app will also be updated as the television series continues.

If you’re experiencing serious Game of Thrones withdrawal but aren’t ready to commit to reading thousands of pages of literature, fear no more.
