Ted Cruz quickly dismissed the profanity-laden insult, choosing to refocus on his campaign. New Jersey Gov. Chris Christie speaks Monday, Feb. 8, 2016, at a town hall meeting at the Gilchrist Metal Company in Hudson, NH.
One voice in favour of the waterboarding ban was Jeb Bush, George W’s brother. Kasich ended in a very strong second.
For Trump, the brash real estate magnate and television personality who has never run for public office, the win was an important rebound after his loss to Texas Senator Ted Cruz in last week’s Iowa caucuses, the first nominating contest.
The ad began airing in SC the night before the New Hampshire primary, according to CNN.
Kasich won second place in Tuesday’s New Hampshire’s primary, breaking out from a pack of traditional, establishment candidates. And that’s because still, even after the debate malfunction, Rubio is still perceived as the strongest of the four.
But the narrative had been set, and it showed even as early exit polls from New Hampshire trickled in. “The people who I expected to be dropping out after the race are actually doing far better than I expected”.
“It’s a tough field”, he added. “I have no idea what she said and I think the decision as to whether or not to release it is her decision”.
Once polls closed on Tuesday night and it became obvious that Marco Rubio would not receive the blessing of the voters of New Hampshire, the Florida senator spoke to a group of enthusiastic supporters – and offered an unusual mea culpa. However, Tuesday’s vote did little to clarify who that candidate might be.
“I know many people are disappointed”. “It’s on me”, he said, citing his poor performance at the last GOP debate.
He says, “I hate the way the government spends my money”.
The modestly priced bar at the event mitigated whatever disappointment existed, but you still didn’t get the sense that they feel their guy is toast. “‘And people are going to come into our country, but they’re going to come into our country legally”.
“If you’re sick, if you’re really, like, you can’t move; you’re close to death; your doctor tells you it’s not working; your wife is disgusted with you, she said, ‘I’m leaving.’ No matter what”.

“You can say what you want I have no doubt that it does work in term of information and other things”, Trump told Tapper.
