Rowling’s entire new series will be called “Magic in North America“.

An exclusive new video, shown above, introduces the new writing and its focus: a brand new American wizarding world. After releasing maps and descriptions of wizarding schools around the globe, J.K. Rowling will finally reveal details about the American wizarding school, Ilvermorny, as well as the history of magic in North America. If that information isnt enough to get you excited, check out the trailer promoting Magic in North America below Ilvermorny, Skinwalkers, the witch trials, and the magical Congress of the United States of America. It is considered the eighth story in the series, and tells of Harry Potter’s life as a husband and father working at the Ministry of Magic 18 years after the events of the books.

The first story is set to debut on Pottermore on Tuesday, March 8th at 9am ET.

“Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them” also stars Katherine Waterston, Dan Fogler, Alison Sudol, Ezra Miller, Samantha Morton, Jon Voight, Ron Perlman, Carmen Ejogo, Jenn Murray, Faith Wood-Blagrove, and Colin Farrell.

Sure, new stories will undoubtably make me miss Harry, Ron, and Hermoine more than ever (and Dobby, because I will never get over Dobby so long as I live and breathe), but I’m OK with that if it means I get a peek inside the magical world I so desperately want to be a part of.
