New MacBook Pro, MacBook Air, 5K Monitor to Be Launched in October
Apple is holding an event on September 7 in San Francisco.

The feature requires the upcoming Sierra Mac operating system, which is now on track to be released as early as the end of September, one of the people said. The company has been on a spree with several recent ads gunning for Apple, comparing the Surface Book with the MacBook Pro, the Surface Pro 4 with the iPad Pro or Windows 10 with OS X.
Apple is also likely working on a new range of Mac devices, including iMac, MacBook Air, a thinner MacBook Pro and a standalone 5K display. And according to sources familiar with the matter, Apple is now working on similar exclusive software upgrades to include wider OS-support for the “Pencil” stylus and hardware performance improvements to cater to professional users. The MacBook Air runs Apple’s iOS, which doesn’t work with apps designed for desktop environments.
The Mac Pro, which hasn’t been updated since its launch in early 2014 (and is now ridiculously obsolete), is not mentioned in the report; neither is the newest of all computers in Apple’s lineup, the ultra-thin MacBook. If later, it might be introduced with the next version of iOS.
The new iPad hardware contains a faster display technology for zooming, panning and scrolling. The gadget actually has undergone three major refreshes, the last of which was the iPad mini 4 launched alongside the iPad Pro past year.
The iPad Pro sold in stores today will likely stick around through the holiday buying season – Apple’s been backing away from yearly iPad refreshes for a while now.

The new MacBook Air is said to adopt USB Type-C connectivity, much like the current MacBook, while the new iMacs will offer an option for AMD graphics processing. The features which will come in new MacBook Pro will be called as “Dynamic Functions Row”. The mini touchscreen will replace the function keys, and allow you to control basic functions such as the volume, media playback and browsing. And now that Apple’s no longer selling its own 27-inch Thunderbolt Display (which can’t connect to the USB-C MacBook), Bloomberg says it’s working with LG to release a 5K monitor, like an external version of the attractive 5K displays in the Retina iMac line, just without the Mac. The display would show different controls when Safari browser is opened or when iMovie video editor software is activated.
