New patch introduces Tyler, the Creator and

I have no idea how many of you will download this latest update for Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 5 considering the fact that the game has been bugged to hell.

The 7.8GB patch features fixes aplenty, as well as new playable characters in the form of shock rapper Tyler the Creator and the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. According to Game Rant, there are also new challenges presented in the new levels, however, such challenges are but reworks of challenges of previous levels.

There’s more important stuff too: improved textures, updates to the create-a-park mode, more tutorials, networking updates – that sort of thing.

As a start, Per-Mission Leaderboards were added in the title (as well as better Leaderboard functionality) and players were also given the newfound the ability to regain Special Meter during a single combo. But apart from that, the update also brings along a whole host of improvements for the game.

Believe or not, Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 5 is actually the tenth game in the series and they seem to be getting worse with each new edition.
