New phablet is launched; has iris scanner, curved display
South Korean banks are set to deploy the headline-making iris scanning technology that Samsung Electronics Co. installed on its new Galaxy Note 7 unveiled on Tuesday. Better yet, Three has confirmed that it will be stocking it, so you’ll be able to buy the best phablet of 2016 soon.

Yes, with Galaxy Note 7 the company has made a jump in the naming series, skipping one digit.
It’s curved too on both edges, just like the Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge and that’s not the only thing it has in common with Samsung’s curvy flagship. The Note 7 blends numerous features from last year’s Note 5, with the design and waterproofing of this year’s excellent S7 Edge.
Samsung expects sales for its new Galaxy Note 7 smartphone to exceed those of the previous version from 2015. The Note 7 has a new iris scanner that joins the familiar fingerprint?scanner and lets you unlock your?phone with your eyes.

The Galaxy Note 7’s battery capacity is bigger at 3500mAh than the Galaxy S7’s 3000mAh. Its S-Pen tip is 0.7 mm thin and features 4,096 levels of pressure sensitivity. Well, Samsung has tipped that it might bring the device to India on August 11, at an event in New Delhi.
An internal T-Mobile memo shows that a Samsung Galaxy sale may launch on August 3.

The price of the Galaxy Note 7 has not been announced by Samsung yet. The actual price tag will be up to each carrier. Customers pre-order the device and they can get a free 256 GB memory card or a free Gear Fit 2.
