The guards claimed that it was Heard who had fits of violent rage during and had to routinely pull her off of him during the 15-month marriage.
According to Us Weekly magazine, papers filed at Los Angeles Superior Court show she earned $259,876 in 2005 but after expenses including auto and medical insurance and agents fees of just over $35,000, her take-home earnings were considerably lower.

Yesterday, Heard’s lawyers Samantha F. Spector and her co-counsel Joseph P. Koenig released a new statement in which she explained that Amber is, “simply a victim of domestic violence”.
The Los Angeles Times, citing a police report, reported that Heard told responding officers the encounter was a “verbal dispute only”.

The Wrap reported on Tuesday that a lawyer for Heard, Peter Sample, has sent a letter to the publication saying “allegations against Ms. Heard are absolutely and unequivocally false” and that the blackmail claim “has no basis in reality and is nothing but the typical celebrity muckraking for profit”.
“As the result of Amber’s decision to decline giving an initial statement to the LAPD, her silence has been used against her by Johnny’s team”.
She claimed she is the victim of repeated domestic violence, and claimed that Johnny smashed his iPhone on her face. Amber Heard says Johnny Depp is an alcoholic cokehead who gets abusive. “Amber is the hero”.
“Hopefully the dissolution of his short marriage will be resolved quickly”, the statement read.

Now, TMZ is reporting that Heard believes the cops either didn’t do their job properly or they’re lying to protect Depp.
