When we last left the sisters of Kappa Kappa Tau at the end of season one of Scream Queens, Chanel, Chanel #3, and Chanel #5 had all been sentenced to life in a mental institution after having been falsely accused of serial murder.

From award-winning executive producers Ryan Murphy (“Glee”, “American Horror Story”), Brad Falchuk (“Glee”, “American Horror Story”) and Ian Brennan (“Glee”), Season Two of SCREAM QUEENS graduates from the college campus and into an all-new location, as a terrifyingly amusing murder mystery will begin once again.

“It’s in a hospital, [there’s] a lot of darkness in hospitals-dark hallways, scary rooms, sharp objects, a lot of blood, disinfectants”, Jamie Lee Curtis, who plays Munsch, recently told E! “I think it’s going to be very dark”.
They’ve got plenty of new faces for the upcoming season; among those joining Scream Queens are John Stamos, Leslie Jones, Colton Haynes, James Earl, and Taylor Lautner.
Scream Queens returns for its second season Tuesday, September 20 at 9/8c on Fox. On the film side, the 42-year-old actor is known for his roles in “Scary Movie 5”, “Piranha 3D” and “Scream 2”, among many others.
