Sony only officially announced the Playstation 4 Slim yesterday at the Playstation Meeting, and already they’re announcing new things.

The newly announced gaming console will be available with “Uncharted 4: A Thief’s End” plus 500 GB system, and a DualShock 4 in the United States on September 15 priced at $300. On Oct. 4, PS4 Slim with 1 TB system will be paired with a voucher code to download “Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare” and “Call of Duty: Modern Warfare” Remastered via the PlayStation Store.

A limited time Canada exclusive PS4 Slim bundle will see National Hockey League 17 bundled, for the same $300 cost, while Europeans will have various options to choose from.
Persona 5 launches September 15 on PS3 and PS4, while February 14 next year is its western release date.

This up and coming revamped Dual Shock 4 wireless controller will also be able to make communication via USB in conjunction with the Bluetooth route. Of course by this point you would’ve realised that the PS4 Slim is slimmer than the original PS4 console, which many thought was rather large and hefty, and is also the same PlayStation that leaked weeks prior to its announcement. All PS4 players get access to Watch Dogs 2 downloadable content packs 30 days early.
Meanwhile, it is important to note that PS4 Slim is basically a replacement of the current PS4 model.

PS4 Slim costs $299.99 and will start retail on September 15. Instead, the new, slim PS4 will replace the standard PS4, putting the launch model to bed for good – although this does mean that launch PS4s will now be a lot cheaper to buy second-hand. PS4 Slim is actually just called PS4.
