New Trailer For The Accountant Starring Ben Affleck And Anna Kendrick
In his next film, he’s tackling a somewhat similar role with a criminal twist, starring as an unassuming accounting genius who secretly jets around the world as he freelances for some of the most unsafe crooks on the planet.

The certainty of nothing except death and taxes is a frequently referenced adage, and in the upcoming film The Accountant, Ben Affleck embodies a character that spends much of his time dealing with – and apparently dishing out – both elements.
So the description below the video reads like a bad movie – “it is the body count that starts to rise”, but Ben Affleck’s The Accountant doesn’t look all that bad at all. And thanks to Warner Bros.
The Accountant also stars J.K. Simmons and Jeffrey Tambour. Behind the cover of a small-town CPA office, he works as a freelance accountant for some of the world’s most risky criminal organisations.
As the Treasury Department’s Crime Enforcement Division led by Ray King (JK Simmons) close in on him, Wolff goes after a state-of-the-art robotics company where junior accounting clerk (Anna Kendrick) has discovered a disparity involving millions of dollars. We’ll have to wait and see if this movie will be as successful as Ben Affleck’s Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice, which has made $330.3 million domestic and $872.6 million worldwide since its release on March 25.
The title’s a bit boring, the premise a tad unbelievable, but the trailer’s got Popcorn convinced that The Accountant is more than the sum (sorry) of its parts.

The Accountant is set to be released on November 4th, so expect to see even more from this one soon enough…
