New Walking Dead Season 7 Intense Spoiler Trailer Clip Released
In the S6 finale, Negan killed someone with his handy weapon and companion, but we don’t know who – as it was done in not-so-traditional The Walking Dead fashion. “It’s a really shitty start to the season” for the characters, Lincoln said but promised that things will get better for them down the line. A “The Walking Dead Season 7 Preview Special”, which will give fans an early look at what to expect in the upcoming season, including exclusive interviews with the cast and executive producers and behind-the-scenes moments, premieres Sunday, August 14 at 10:00 p.m. ET/PT.

Andrew Lincoln has promised that it all leads to “one of the greatest showdowns we’ve had on the show since Terminus”.
Following that, instead of dwelling on this talking point, the clip focuses on the characters we know are alive – namely Morgan (Lennie James) and Carol (Melissa McBride) who appear to have been taken in by a new faction named The Kingdom.
Moreover, as “The Walking Dead” Season 7 opening night will continue where it left off, it will finally reveal who will feel Negan (Jeffrey Dean Morgan) and his bat Lucille’s wrath, as per Deadline. The character is first introduced in Issue 108 of Robert Kirkman’s comic series.
The Walking Dead has continuously shown that it has a keen understanding of escalation, and its Season 7 trailer is no different.
Season seven will consist of 16 one-hour episodes, half of which will air beginning in October with the second half of the season kicking off in February 2017.

This character is going to be played by Khary Payton on the series, and per executive producer Scott M. Gimple, Payton won the team over, despite not necessarily looking identical to his comic-book version, thanks mostly to his passion and personality: “When I showed his audition to Robert [Kirkman], Robert went bananas”. That is to say, however, this trailer which premiered yesterday at San Diego’s 2016 Comic-Con, was worth its weight in gold.
