Except for the new interface, the most notable feature of the Xbox One update is the wide roll-out of Xbox 360 backwards compatibility. It will also work for players who usually stream their games to their PCs. Recently the number of consoles running the new Xbox One experience, NXOE as it is commonly referred to, has increased as the company pushed the update out to all opted in consoles enrolled in the Xbox One Preview program. The update introduces the redesigned dashboard and introduces long-awaited backwards compatibility with select games. For a few time now, fans of the “Burnout” series have been buzzing about the possibility of “Burnout Paradise”, which is set in the fictional world of Paradise City, joining Microsoft’s backwards compatibility lineup. It will give the platform a massively expanded library of games and may even lead to the resurgence in multiplayer scenes for older titles.
As for the Windows 10 update itself, we wonder if November 12 is too early.
When the unspecified release date arrives, the lineup in question can only be accessed by the members of Xbox One for Preview Program, the outlet explained.
This won’t include all Xbox 360 games, but Xbox One owners will be able to vote on which games will be added to the roster each month. There have been minor tweaks and new features added but mostly, it’s remained unchanged. There’s the revamped user interface built off Windows 10 that aims to speed up navigation. Quantum Break is the lone remaining Xbox One exclusive, that was announced during the 2013 Xbox One reveal event, and still has yet to be released. However, there’s a catch: the first wave of compatible Xbox 360 games available same-day as the update is rather small.

Also, there is no need for Xbox Live Gold since it is not required for Xbox One Backward Compatibility.
