The banner was in reference to Tom Brady’s four-game suspension upheld by the NFL this week for using deflated footballs in the AFC Championship game in January.
According to Metro New York’s Kristian Dyer, the plane is being paid for by the Jets fans who were behind the “Fire John Idzik” campaign.
When the Patriots hit the practice field Thursday morning to officially kick off their 2015 training camp, they did so with an unwelcome visitor soaring above. Sports fans are not stupid. People like Lance Armstrong and Ryan Braun who challenged the system after they got caught red handed.
