New York’s Bernie Delegates Irritated at DNC
The eruption came during a speech in which the Vermont senator was cheered for almost every point he made – including his call to defeat GOP nominee Donald Trump. Then he offered some words of praise for Sanders. By contrast, Clinton had the backing of the state’s top Democrats in her bid against primary rival Bernie Sanders.

“That’s what we’ve been doing and will continue to do that”. The email dump provided by Wikileaks also highlighted DNC staffers mocking Bernie Sanders jewish faith.
Both Clinton’s and Sanders’ names were placed into nomination for president at the DNC, largely a symbolic gesture for Sanders supporters.
Bernie Sanders drew loud boos from his delegates Monday afternoon when he told the crowd of almost 1,900, “We have got to elect Hillary Clinton”. We will all have a voice in a Clinton administration. We know what she can do.
“Sad to watch Bernie Sanders abandon his revolution. Sanders, his supporters and the entire Democratic Party for the inexcusable remarks made over email”, interim DNC Chairwoman Donna Brazile said in a statement.
Canova has promised to campaign vigorously to unseat Wasserman Schultz in the coming months. Peter Rickman, who is leading Wisconsin’s Sanders delegates at the convention, was in the meeting that preceded the convention’s official start and said he understands why some were upset.
But campaign spokesman Brian Fallon is not defending emails that discuss using Sanders’ religious beliefs against him.
Deborah Burger, a president of National Nurses United, said she assumes Sanders will call for unity in his speech.
Her ouster came after a firestorm over hacked emails that suggested the DNC favored Hillary Clinton in the presidential primaries against Bernie Sanders.
The scandal is rocking the party on the eve of their convention, and the fall is a stunning one for the tough-talking Florida representative who became the first woman elected to chair the DNC.
The first few hours of the Democratic convention were rowdy, with some delegates and supporters of Sen.

Trump, the Republican presidential nominee, took multiple shots at the Democratic Party during a rally in Virginia on Monday, just before the Democratic National Convention was set to begin in Philadelphia amid a wave of turmoil.
“We don’t have any question about that”, the official said, noting that the perpetrators “left all kinds of fingerprints”. Wasserman Schultz stepped down amid cries for her resignation from Sanders and his supporters.
Clyburn added that Wasserman Schultz’s decision to resign at the end of the week – and to steer clear of public activities throughout the Democratic National Convention – was “a magnanimous thing for her to do”. “Yes, I would have”, he said. After a Sanders staffer improperly accessed DNC voter data, the DNC blocked the Sanders campaign from any access, even after the aide was sacked.

Clinton’s campaign, citing a cybersecurity firm hired to investigate the leak, blamed Russian Federation for hacking the party’s computers and suggested the goal was to benefit Donald Trump’s campaign.
