Newborn died of starvation in the backseat of a car and the parents were eating an endless buffet in restaurant.

According to the report, the parents called the emergency services when found their 22 days born child, Betsey Kee Stephens, was not responding to them.
When the couple were asked where they had gone leaving the child alone in the back seat of car – they said that they were in the restaurant for eating ‘endless buffet’.
Her parents Ruby Stephens, 23, and Roy Stephens, 48, have been charged with first-degree murder after the doctors said that the baby had not been fed for almost 6-7 hours and this was the main reason of death.
