Next Chelsea manager / coach: Pep Guardiola or Diego Simeone?
Guus Hiddink wants to take a good look at Chelsea and their current predicament before accepting the interim manager’s job for a second time. I really hope he is not lost because we’ll miss him a lot.

The messy departure of Dr Eva Carneiro, now suing the club, after being branded “naive” by Mourinho in August, has been viewed externally as causing extra unrest.
Lampard, the club’s record goalscorer who captained Chelsea to their Champions League triumph in 2012, said he did not know if besieged Portuguese coach Mourinho had lost the dressing room, but said the champions’ players were under-performing.
“I felt he would ride out this one, purely because they had waited this long”, Nevin told BBC 5Live.
Suggestions that several players, Eden Hazard, Diego Costa, Cesc Fabregas and Nemanja Matic reportedly among them, had grown unhappy as a result of feeling the lash of Mourinho’s acerbic tongue were substantiated by Chelsea technical director Michael Emenalo’s talk of “palpable discord between the manager and players”.
Chelsea made worldwide headlines Thursday by dumping manager Jose Mourinho.
“I think he has sacked so many coaches in the last 10 years that I am sure he has learned by it. [Abramovich] has to trust and have confidence José can turn it around, there is no point in sacking one of the best coaches of all time”, said Ferguson on 7 December.
“I was very surprised and sad – it is a big loss for the Premier League”.
Jose Mourinho’s penultimate day as Chelsea boss was “marred by a training ground bust-up” during a training game involving senior stars and players from the club’s academy.
“I find it irresponsible from a players” point of view, especially when they come out after the game and say: “We’ve done that for the old manager'”.
“Any fans, even those who do not have any affiliation with the club, can understand that this club is in trouble and something needed to be done”.
Jose Mourinho’s legacy will be hard to match but Chelsea must act soon and find someone suitable to replace “The Chosen One”.
“The club wishes to make clear Jose leaves us on good terms and will always remain a much-loved, respected and significant figure at Chelsea”.
Managers’ boss Richard Bevan admitted he was caught cold by Jose Mourinho’s Chelsea exit.

The former England skipper, 36, has always been close to Mourinho across the Portuguese’s two spells at Stamford Bridge, winning three Premier League titles, an FA Cup and three League Cup trophies under his guise.
