The Rams picked troubled Western Kentucky tight end Tyler Higbee and SC receiver Pharoh Cooper in the fourth round.

The Los Angeles Rams just finished up a very successful 2016 NFL Draft. “For those of you that don’t know about NDSU football the support we have back there is unbelievable and to know that support is following me into the NFL really the whole state of ND its just unbelievable and I could be More appreciative of those people”, said Wentz.

Hemingway gives the Rams more depth in a tight end position group that includes Lance Kendricks and Cory Harkey.

Tennessee acquired the selection, along with a sixth-round choice, from the Cleveland Browns in exchange for the 15th overall pick and a third-round pick in 2016, as well as a second-round pick in 2017. Their last winning season in Los Angeles was in 1989, five years before owner Georgia Frontiere moved them to St. Louis.

As for football, Goff said he was focused on keeping his head down and proving himself to the team. They could grow together. He only had one drop in his final collegiate season, according to his official NFL.com draft profile. He passed for 1,651 yards and 17 touchdowns during his senior year that was shortened by a broken right wrist.

Higbee was arrested on suspicion of second-degree assault, evading police and public intoxication after an altercation with a man outside a bar in Bowling Green, Ky.

“With those guys being former Rams quarterbacks and now me stepping into that role, it is very cool getting a chance to meet them”, Goff said.

“We’re convinced that it’s going to be resolved”, said Fisher, who added that he couldn’t go into specifics. “He wouldn’t be a Ram had we had some concerns that there was going to be a problem down the line”.

Higbee is scheduled to be arraigned next week. Dolphins general manager Chris Grier said that they’re aware of the video, which was taken two years ago, before the 2016 NFL Draft. “He’s the guy we want leading this charge”. “It’s a mistake. Wish he had it to do over again”. He also had two interceptions and broke up five passes last season. He expected to go earlier, but was thrilled to land alongside Goff.

“He’s got that aggressiveness that Brett had”, Pederson said.

Goff was the more ready-to-play National Football League quarterback, having started for three years at Cal, while Wentz had the higher ceiling but wasn’t as polished coming from the Division I FCS level. It is absolutely motivation.

The 6-foot-5 Hemingway is an intriguing prospect that Fisher is eager to mold.

It’s hard to say if Pharoh Cooper of SC will make it past Day 2, but the Rams are likely hoping for it.

Kentucky linebacker Josh Forrest had made it to the NFL. If he fails, the trade could set the Rams back for a while. The Rams love his outside speed and competitive drive to make hard catches.
