NFL expects to play Eagles-Redskins at 1 pm on Sunday
Tickets were free, although season-ticket holders had first dibs. The Eagles scored 24 points last week in their win over the Jets but Sam Bradford continues to struggle to get into a rhythm and the Redskins have a quietly underrated defense. Jackson (hamstring) hasn’t been ruled out of the game Sunday.

I don’t foresee the Redskins defense doing as much damage as either the Atlanta Falcons or the Dallas Cowboys did in getting to Bradford in their earlier match-ups. Running the ball against this team will be extremely hard, even with Alfred Morris carrying the rock.
Sit ’em: Through three games this season, Kirk Cousins is averaging 11 fantasy points. Defensively, the Redskins yield 202.3 yards in passing and 75.0 yards in rushing. “No one can control it. Washington nor us, can control it. So whatever they tell us when to play, where to play, if things change we’ll just adjust to it”. They got a big boost in those efforts with the return of DeMarco Murray, who had full participation in practice on Thursday.
Today’s Eagles vs Redskins 2015 game features the 1-2 Eagles taking on the 1-2 Redskins.
And the other line: Already down two defensive linemen with Cedric Thornton (broken hand) and Taylor Hart (shoulder) inactive, the Eagles lost Brandon Bair to a groin injury in the first quarter.
It is only a coincidence that both the Eagles and the Redskins have their bye week the same time and Hurricane Joaquin could put a damper on Week 4. I’m going to choose the Eagles in this one, but all of my predictions end up going the exact opposite direction. Matt Tobin and Allen Barbre must play like National Football League starters; Jason Kelce is likely to have his own issues as an undersized center with a 350 pound nose tackle Terrance Knighton looking right at him. He has a career record of 19-32-1, and he has yet to complete a pass that has traveled more than 20 yards in the air this season.

The Eagles have forced eight turnovers in total this season with five interceptions and three fumble recoveries. The question is: Who will make more good decisions? I really liked the way the front seven played last week, disrupting throws at the line of scrimmage because they knew what type of quarterback they were facing. Chip Kelly seems to be scrambling searching for answers, and the Redskins are catching them at a good time and will have the comforts of home to support them in their bid to knock off Bradford and the Eagles.
