“The true terror is that this keeps happening”. Wednesday’s incident was the nation’s deadliest mass shooting since the Newtown, Connecticut, school tragedy three years ago that left 26 children and adults dead.

Shortly after Wednesday’s events began to unfold, Berhe sent prayers and well-wishes to those in his hometown of San Bernardino.
Berhe, 24, was placed on injured reserve in September after undergoing surgery to fix a blood clot in his calf.
According to authorities, 14 people died and 21 others were injured when suspects Syed Farook and Tashfeen Malik fired at least 65 bullets when they stormed an office holiday party at the Inland Regional Center. The Giants safety tweeted a photo of a map showing how close his parents’ workplace is to where the shooting occurred.
The Southern California native played football at San Diego State and was drafted by the Giants in the fifth round in 2014.
