NFL News & Rumors: Eagles’ QB Sam Bradford Under The Microscope As Training
Seems everybody has a strong opinion about whether Kelly’s unique approach will work, and the opinions range from ultimate optimism to dour rejections among many former players and coaches who are now analysts.

Tim Tebow has been impressing the Philadelphia Eagles since he joined the team in April. Based on Kelly’s logic, Tebow would have to be the starter.
“I think the differentiation of the quarterback position starts in the playoffs, when you play quality defenses every week”, he said in a radio interview on 97.5 The Fanatic.
Tim Tebow has a real shot of making the roster and garnering playing time, according to a teammate.
Teammate Brandon Graham is in the minority.
So, most people figured Tebow was just a training-camp attraction, someone who would steal some headlines away from Chip Kelly’s belief that he can ride Sam Bradford and his lack of ligaments to the Super Bowl before being cut prior to the season. In fact, Graham says Tebow will contribute.
“Tim Tebow is going to shock a lot of people, because he is going to make the team”. With the NFL considering changes to the point-after touchdown rules (it adopted a rule that would give teams a choice between a 32-yard PAT or going for two from the 2-yard line), the thought was that Kelly saw Tebow as a possible two-point specialist.
Or it could be that Graham simply based his comment on what he saw of Tebow during OTAs.
Via CBS Philly, Graham recently said he expects Tebow to be on the team, and on the field.
Would that be a “shock?” However, that doesn’t mean that he’s not working on securing a roster spot.

Despite this, however, he is a former Heisman Trophy victor and has spent some time with ESPN for college football after being released by the New England Patriots right before the 2013 season. A running quarterback was a key component of Chip Kelly’s offense at Oregon.
