NFL plans to increase security inside and outside stadiums

Washington D.C., November 15: In the wake of Paris attacks, the National Football League will beef up the security inside and outside its stadiums for the Sunday’s games.

Security is tighter at here at home after the Paris attacks.

“We are also in communication with relevant private sector organisations to advise them of what we know, and to hear from them about security precautions they may take”, he said. On Saturday morning, league officials were telling reporters they were satisfied with the security they already had in place but that changed with a statement Saturday afternoon.

The statement stressed that their current security plan has been endorsed by the Department of Homeland Security since 2008.

“If any changes are needed, ” Sellers said, “we’ll absolutely make them”.

The NY police department, which is the largest in the United States, said they were also in close touch with the Federal Bureau of Investigation and French police.

Other states opened their state or regional law enforcement centers to coordinate security.

However, Packers fan Tom Krean, who is from Waterford, said it wasn’t intrusive. In Los Angeles, extra police were deployed at critical sites like airports.

Meanwhile, US officials are still trying to determine if there are any USA connections with the terrorists or the victims and are working with their French counterparts to ensure there are no immediate threats to the U.S.

The Golden State Warriors were hosting the Brooklyn Nets at Oracle Arena Saturday night.

Hall said she was leaving a cafe around 9 p.m. when she first heard sounds from the attacks.
