NFL Players Protest National Anthem on 9/11
Model Kate Upton has just criticized some of the Miami Dolphin football players who refused to stand during the national anthem in a scathing Instagram post writing that their actions, especially on 9/11, are a “disgrace to those people who have served and now serve our country”.

Miami Dolphins running back Arian Foster knew the timing of taking a stance would add to the ongoing controversy.
“They wanna try to make sense of how they can impact and how they can effect others, ” said Pete. “It’s never the time in somebody else’s eyes, because they’ll always feel like it’s good enough”.
The star, who is engaged to baseball player Justin Verlander, went on to write that she supported people’s right to protest but thought doing so during the anthem was wrong. That’s the attractive thing about this country. If they take football away, my endorsements from me, I know that I stood up for what is right.
Wilson went on to say that there “wasn’t a ideal answer” and that he “understands the cause”.
Meanwhile, Chris Brown chose to stay seated for the National Anthem during a charity basketball game over the weekend in Los Angeles, California, and his actions were met with bit of backlash. I love this country.
The players’ protest during “The Star-Spangled Banner”, which is created to criticize the criminal-justice system’s treatment of minorities, was initiated by San Francisco 49ers quarterback Colin Kaepernick during the preseason.
Jones, who says he will continue to support Kaepernick and other athletes who stand up for the rights of minorities, isn’t closing the door on a demonstration on the baseball diamond.
“Today we are more divided than ever before”.
Chiefs cornerback Marcus Peters joined the protest in a different way – by raising his fist during the national anthem ahead of Kansas City’s game at the Chargers.
Some of it got personal, as in “Kate who?”
The recent protests by some NFL players refusing to stand during the National Anthem has celebrities speaking out.
Amid the controversy singer John Legend called for the United States national anthem to be scrapped.
