NH Pundit: Saturday Debate Did Not Crush Rubio
“I voted for Trump”, said Susan Santorelli.

Rubio admitted this morning he is uncertain where he will place in the Granite State, but he believes he will “finish strong”. “I’m ready to beat Hillary Clinton and he’s not”. She said he’s a p***y… that’s awful. (In Iowa, almost two-thirds of Republicans identified that way, compared to a quarter in New Hampshire, according to preliminary exit polling reported by CNN.) So that meant that Trump could do poorly with conservatives and still triumph. About 7 in 10 Democrats said they wanted a candidate who has experience in politics; about a quarter wanted someone outside the political establishment.
“Young Marco Rubio is in trouble”.
Cruz says, “My approach from the beginning is I don’t respond in kind. I think that’s over”.
The enmity was mutual. Vying for votes in Nashua, Mr Bush described Mr Trump variably as a loser, a liar, a whiner and the worst choice for president.
As expected, Trump is holding a commanding lead in the New Hampshire primary race with Sen. “We leave New Hampshire tonight without an ounce of regret”.
His showing in New Hampshire comes in the wake of a sluggish debate performance by Rubio on ABC News last Saturday when was criticized by N.J. Gov. Chris Christie for being too scripted. Rubio stumbled and appeared to prove Christie right by ducking the question and instead delivering a stump speech attacking President Barack Obama over and over until the crowd started booing. His Republican rivals pinned their hopes on a strong second-place finish, looking to break from the pack and ensure the survival of their campaigns. Christie and Bush both piled on Rubio, claiming he hadn’t been tested the way that governors have. The senator finished second to Clinton in the leadoff Iowa caucuses by the narrowest of margins.
Voters here in New Hampshire are also quite late in making up their minds.
Clinton was shouldering renewed troubles amid talk of a possible campaign reshuffling.
“We will win this election and we must win this election”, Rubio said Tuesday, not letting his lackluster performance dampen his forward-looking mentality.

The former first lady insisted it was all overblown. “It’s made me more patient”. “We’re running a very radical campaign because we are telling the American people the truth and that’s something that is not often told in the political world”, Sanders said Monday as he urged supporters to help him pull out a win.
