Ni No Kuni II: Revenant Kingdom Revealed at Playstation Experience 2015
A visitor landing in a fantasy world is a common theme in the Ni No Kuni series, which has seen a couple of entries across handhelds and mobile, but is most known in the U.S. for a PlayStation 3 game in 2013, Ni no Kuni: Wrath of the White Witch.

It didn’t seem back in 2013 like the game did terribly well, so this is yet another surprise for fans of Japanese games and more specifically Japanese role-playing games. The game focuses on Evan, a boy king who must travel through a kingdom engulfed in darkness and prove he’s worthy of being a leader. You can quote us on this: Ni no Kuni II: REVENANT KINGDOM is going to be truly irreplaceable in everyone’s mind! The game was announced as a PlayStation 4 exclusive. The outsider this time is Roland, a man determined to help Evan grow up and reclaim his throne. Unfortunately, there’s no release date for this sequel but it’s coming exclusively to PlayStation 4. Given that the first Ni No Kuni was actually one of the best JRPGs released in the past few years, we can’t really complain about a sequel.
