On Sunday, Nick Cannon posted a photo on social media of the beginning of his collegiate experience at the historically black college.

The Wild ‘n Out and Wild ‘n On Tour host announced that he’s enrolling at Howard University, and posted a first day of school picture from the school’s Washington, D.C. campus.
Cannon broke the news by posting a shot of himself next to a Howard University sign (seen above), with the caption: “You know!”
Other entertainers have also attended Howard, most notably Sean “P Diddy” Combs, who attended in 1989-1990 and received an honorary doctorate in 2014.
Despite his celebrity status, the 35 year-old reportedly went through the same application process as everyone else.
He’s been sharing all sorts of quotes about education since his first day at HU on his Instagram, from notable statements by Nelson Mandela to sayings by Benjamin Franklin.
“No one gets special treatment, no matter who they are”, the source added.

Nick is squeezing school into his already hectic schedule – he is now juggling his roles as host of reality shows America’s Got Talent and MTV’s Wild ‘N Out, while promoting his new single, If I Was Your Man.
