Jackson Bedford signed an order Friday saying Gordon repeatedly failed to meet court deadlines in the case. The conservator of Brown’s estate wins by default.

Bobbi Kristina, 22, an aspiring singer, was discovered face down in the bathtub of her North Atlanta home in January 2015 and died about six months later without coming out of a coma.

The lawyers for Ms Brown filed a wrongful death lawsuit against Gordon in August past year, claiming she died following a violent altercation. “The court agrees with us, by striking Mr Gordon’s answer, that he is legally responsible for her death”. Although Gordon was found responsible, at least in the civil case against, Leolah remains angry that no criminal charges were filed against him.

Gordon, who had elected to represent himself in the trial, was not in attendance however, leading the judge to declare that all allegations made by Bobbi Kristina’s estate in the case would be admitted through omission.

Investigators with the medical examiner’s office were not able to determine exactly how she died.

At the time, his lawyers called the allegations “slanderous and meritless” but, after he failed to meet the deadlines set by the court, Ms Hargrove was judged as the victor in the case by default. We intend to do that …

“In court today, we finally finished a long journey for justice for Bobbi Kristina Brown”, Brown’s estate attorney R. David Ware said in a press conference outside the court.

The civil lawsuit accused Gordon of beating Brown days before she was found, and giving her a “toxic cocktail” of drugs.

Her death came three years after Houston drowned in a bathtub in a Beverly Hills hotel at age 48. An autopsy revealed that Brown had marijuana, alcohol, a cocaine-related substance, and morphine in her system.

Gordon doled out severe emotional abuse to Bobbi Kristina by deciding who she could and couldn’t visit, answering her personal calls, and installing cameras throughout her townhouse so he could see and hear everything she did. They should have gotten him.

Bobby Brown said in a statement that he was pleased with the judge’s decision.
