A Fulton County, Atlanta, medical examiner released a statement saying that drugs like marijuana, morphine and alcohol were found in her system as well as prescription pills. The examiner determined that her death was “clearly not due to natural causes”, but couldn’t tell if it was an accident, a suicide, or a homicide, which left the classification of manner of death”undetermined”.

However, it was unable to determine whether Brown’s death was accidental, or an intentional act.
Brown was found face down in a bathtub in her north Atlanta home in January 2015 and died in July. In the lawsuit, the family claimed that Bobbi Kristina “died due to a violent altercation” with Gordon and that he “injected her with a toxic mixture”.
That changed this week after an Atlanta judge ordered the records opened in response to a media request.
A source told People that the report does contradict some of the claims in the Brown family’s suit against Gordon.

Bobbi Kristina’s father, Bobby Brown, issued a statement through his attorney following the release of the autopsy report.
