Nicki Minaj and Azealia Banks have slammed MTV for excluding them from the upcoming Video Music Awards nominations list.

Do you think Minaj should have been nominated for Video of the Year? First, she graciously thanked MTV for acknowledging her. Then she asked, “Did Feeling Myself miss the deadline or…?” The Young Money rapper was nominated for “Best Female Video” and “Best Hip Hop Video”, but she was still wondering why she did not get recognized for other awards.

Minaj added. She’s presumably alluding to Taylor Swift’s “Bad Blood“, the only other record-breaking video from a woman nominated for video of the year. “Did Feeling Myself miss the deadline or…?” the “Truffle Butter” beauty tweeted on Tuesday morning.
The Truffle Butter songstress took to Twitter to share her feelings, and let’s just say, MTV is going to want some Vitamin D supplements after all this shade! Remember her doing that kick.
Her barbz quickly came to her defense with one fan tweeting, which Minaj retweeted, “Anaconda was a CULTURAL PHENOMENON and it didn’t even receive a nomination??” This afternoon, MTV announced the nominees for the 2015 MTV VMAs, and like most award show nomination announcements, there’s always push back.
