Nintendo prevails in patent lawsuit against Wii U, 3DS
“Minecraft” on Wii U was a big news for people who, for a few reason, only preferred or owned a Wii U. It has been reported that “Minecraft” will be coming to the console, something that long-time Wii U owners had been waiting for. The game has received the “7” rating, like all other console versions of Minecraft. It contains: “Non realistic looking violence towards fantasy characters – Pictures or sounds likely to be scary to young children – Non realistic looking violence towards characters which although human are not very detailed”.

We remind you that the Minecraft game has been released on other portable formats such as: Minecraft: Pocket Edition for smartphones, but also for the PlayStation Vita.
Oddly enough, the game wasn’t mentioned at Nintendo Direct. However, its appearance on the ratings board does confirm its development.
At launch Wii U had been available in a Basic Set ($299) and Deluxe Set ($349), but Nintendo is still yet to announce an official price cut.
Developer Mojang’s million-dollar-earning video game, “Minecraft”, is available for several home consoles including the Xbox One, PlayStation 4 and PC.
“If it’s a whole different language, or requires a whole different programming scheme, or requires something to do with the GamePad where you’ve got the controller different the way Wii U works, it’s doomed”.

If Nintendo’s priced above them, and it doesn’t do a lot more than them… they aren’t selling very many. So either the initial listing was meant to be a secret, or PEGI had erred and put up the wrong information and that Minecraft for the Wii U was never meant to be. Will you purchase the Minecraft game if it will be released for the Wii U device? It is worth noting that this is the first time that “Minecraft” will be playable on a Nintendo platform.
