Nissan has developed a self-parking office chair, flawless for employees with no time to spare for rearranging the furniture after each meeting or at the end of a long, hard day. In simpler terms the “Intelligent Parking Chair” is a unique and innovative chair.

Nissan unveiled their new “intelligent parking chair” that employ the Japanese auto company’s park assist technology. The chair uses the automatic steering tech by Nissan to go into its right space.

Rollers allow the chairs to move in 360 degrees while camera’s placed on the rooms ceiling identify the chair’s position and plan its route.

The video shows the chairs themselves move forward into their cubicles after everyone has left. Half-awesome (especially for lazy people), half-terrifying, the chairs return to their places behind a desk of conference table as you leave the room.
