Addressing the massive crowds at Parivartan Rally in Muzaffarpur, PM Modi said, “Some leaders of Bihar who used to make fun of tweeting, are now doing it themselves”.

He was received by Governor K.N. Tripathi and Chief Minister Nitish Kumar. He also inaugurated the Daniawan-Bihar Sharif new railway line and flagged off the Rajgir-Bihar Sharif-Daniawan-Fatua passenger train and Patna-Mumbai AC Suvidha Express.
