NJ Man Arrested In Shooting Outside Big Sean & J. Cole Concert
Quran Powell, a 27-year-old New Jersey native, was arrested in connection with a recent shooting at PNC Bank Arts Center following a J Cole show.

Powell, 27, of Holmdel, N.J., faces two counts of attempted homicide and weapons offenses.
