No guns found in house search: Chris Brown’s lawyer
On the following night, that’s when all hell broke loose at his home when he allegedly pointed a gun at Baylee Curran, which led to a standoff with police hours later. “The allegations against him are demonstrably false”, Brown’s lawyer Mark Geragos said in a Twitter statement late Tuesday. Brown was arrested for assault with a deadly weapon on Tuesday and was released hours later on $250,000 bail, according to online records.

He went on to say “the entire house was filmed, both with video and cameras” by police, and a necklace like the one Curran described was not found.
First of all, the Los Angeles Police Department found no firearms at Brown’s residence.
The lawyer also said his team was now investigating texts Curran allegedly sent to a friend early Tuesday morning, “Chris Brown is kicking me out of his house because I called his friend’s jewelry fake, can you come get me?” It makes no sense to text someone you stole from when the argument that got Baylee booted from Chris’ house stemmed from her being a bit too grabby with his friend’s jewelry. “What’s particularly disturbing to me is that this comes on the heels of a custody battle that he won”, Geragos said.
“When I call the police for risky people that are stalking my life, they don’t come till the next day”, he said in one clip. But his arrest for alleged assault with a deadly weapon earlier this week has derailed those plans, as network execs made a decision to give him the heave-ho.
Curran said she left the home and sought help from a neighbor, who then called police.
“Hey safari don’t you know this freak Chris brown is kicking me out of his house because I called his friend jewelry fake”, the text message reads.
“For a minute I thought, ‘Yeah, yep this is it, he’s gonna shoot me, ‘” she said, later adding, “I would never lie… why?”

Geragos accused Curran of making up the story out of anger. “Lol come get me”. He subsequently released “What Would You Do” via Soundcloud.
