No Indian casualty in Germany shooting rampage: Sushma Swaraj

A shooting began at a McDonald’s in a shopping mall in Munich Germany, with as many as 9 people reported shot and killed, plus the perpetrator, a man of Iranian descent.
Investigators believe the shooter, an 18-year-old German-Iranian, killed himself and appears to have acted alone.
“At the moment, we have a large police operation”.
Munich police reported earlier that they were carrying out a large-scale operation in a Munich shopping center due to a shootout.
Obama reacted to the shooting at a press conference today, stating, “It’s still an active situation, and Germany’s one of our closest allies, so we’re going to pledge all the support that they may need dealing with these circumstances”.

Police later said they also found a “dark gray medium-sized car” they believe belonged to the dead man, Focus Online reported.
Many people have been killed in Munich after gunmen went on a shooting rampage in a shopping mall in the southern German city, police say. She could not provide exact numbers.
“Many shots were fired, I can’t say how many but it’s been alot”, an employee at the mall told NTV, according to Reuters.
People were seen fleeing from the building in another video posted on social media.
“We know of at least 10 injured persons”.
Facebook activated is Safety Check feature for Munich.
Munich’s main train station was evacuated completely and the city’s transport system was suspended.
At least 21 people, including children, were wounded in the attack, 16 of whom were still being treated in hospital. Bavarian police shot the teenager dead after he wounded four people from Hong Kong on the train and injured a local resident while fleeing. “There could be several dead, and one or even several shooters are on the loose”, Küntzel said.
