‘No Man’s Sky’ exploit lets players farm crucial items
Stop at every Space Station you see and talk to the alien faction NPCs. Now go there and you may find drop pods.

Inventory space is at a real premium in No Man’s Sky, even if you aren’t tormented by the same hoarding demons that plague our own journey across the galaxy here. As such, you’ll want to find some more space as soon as possible. Do not try to weaken whatever ship you are closest to, just take each one out one at a time. Once your scan is complete, you’ve got another thing to discover and turn in for cash.
Just take care on your travels. Keep in mind to save some slots for the items you duplicate in your inventory. That’s particularly true when all of the ship’s other factors like weapons, thrusters, and shields are still improvable. The other functions of your Exosuit are your Life Support and Jetpack.
For these particular items you’ll need to collect isotope elements – carbon, plutonium etc – represented by red lightning symbols in the environment. Just sell ’em. That said, looking at the video above, it really does look like the payoff is nice.
No Man’s Sky has only been out in the wild for a couple of days, but that’s all gamers needed to find a glitch that allows for almost unlimited farming of some of the rarest resources in the game.
Maybe later on in the game, you get a stronger starship that can take these on (we actually don’t know that yet, to be honest)- but absolutely no ship that you gain access to at first is capable of taking these on. If your moral compass permanently points to “SCREW YOU”, however, here’s the process by which you can hoover up all the resources you’ll ever need. In order to craft a Warp Cell, players will need to gather 100 Thamium9 and an Antimatter. You will find the crafting recipe for Warp Cell the same you get recipe for No Man’s Sky Warp Drive. However, selling them in their pure form will not earn you a lot of units.
The easiest way to make units is to sell to traders at space stations and outposts. There starship features a slot system that is tied to various functions of your ship, such as your Hyperdrive, Pulse Engine and Launch Thrusters. The simplest way is to get more units is by mining for valuable minerals. Until then, No Man’s Sky cheats and exploits will help many players progress faster than honestexplorers.
To rename and upload your findings, press the Options button to bring up Discoveries menu.
For example, I discovered an ice-covered planet that was covered in venomous spores on the way back to my home system. It’s powered by Isotope elements as well, and you can improve its rate-of-fire, capacity and damage using Companion Units as usual.

To equip your Analysis Visor, hit the touchscreen and press L1 or R1 to bring the Multi-Tool up. As a basic rule, organic things give Carbon (trees, plants, and animals), while little rocks more or less give Iron. You can zoom in by clicking R3.
