“No Man’s Sky”: from a humble shed to a new gigantic universe
According to Daily Star, Hello Games exec Sean Murray mentioned that the powerful PS4 might provide an entirely new No Man’s Sky experience with better graphics than other platforms.

By starting the game with the pre-order ship, “the player ends up starting the game without the ability to build the essential item that allows you to get around and progress in the game”, says McBlurry. It is known that players can name planets and animals that they discover before anyone else, but what has remained unknown is what happens when two players cross paths after traveling across the galaxy.
The 1980 computer game Rogue used procedural generation to create unique dungeons every time the player died.
When you think of No Man’s Sky, you know it’s more than just an indie video game.
This week’s anonymously distributed photographs reveal that the No Man’s Sky’s limited edition box in Europe initially featured a Pan European Game Information (PEGI) rating of 12, with a content warning for mild violence (PEGI is an Entertainment Software Rating Board equivalent). So while there are shared universe features yet to be uncovered, don’t expect No Man’s Sky to become massively multiplayer in any traditional sense.
They’ve also hinted there might be other ways to interact with, or at least see evidence of, other players online, but so far nobody seems to have found them. Within 24 hours of going live, players had discovered some 10 million species in the game, more than exist on earth, Murray said.
And, considering Subnautica has had less than half the media attention of No Man’s Sky, we thought it was also a good opportunity to bring the game into the light. However, the developer of the games were firm with the feature’s absence. Rather than shelling out close to 70 quid, you can find a copy of No Man’s Sky on Humble Bundle or Steam for just €59.99.
At this point what gamers want is a concrete answer as to why the two streamers couldn’t see each other in the game world.

There are multiple Reddit threads reporting this issue, so hopefully it’s patched soon. Rest assured, the folks at Hello Games are aware of the issues, and they’re working on them.
