No Man’s Sky Warp Drive essentially allows you to jump between two galaxies, but sadly is not available at the beginning of the game.

Upload Everything All the Time There’s a lovely thrill every time you set down on a new planet with the message saying you discovered it, and there’s also a cash payout too.
If you read my first impressions piece on No Man’s Sky yesterday, then you’ll know that one of the key complaints I have with the game is the lack of inventory space. The items should not be picked up again just yet, but instead the gamer should reload the previous save file.
Basic upgrades for your Exosuit that add an extra slot will randomly generate on some planets inside Drop Pods, although actually finding them is quite the task. The first is to use your scan while flying through space (L3). You’ll also stumble across abandoned signal scanners – beacons that, if you’ve got the elements needed to get them working, highlight points of interest like trading posts, downed ships, or transmission signals. Just about any ship you come across – be it at a Space Port or an in-atmosphere point-of-interest – can be purchased from the game’s NPCs, provided you have the required currency and standing with that sector’s predominant race. However, a nice little tidbit to be aware of is where you land. Approach one and you should be given a prompt to interact with another alien.
Doing this exploit is easy, and dying in the game is obviously more lucrative as it can double the resources you have. It will, of course, involve spoilers of no small significance, so if you want to play it clean, you’d better stop here.
There are different ways to acquire a “Starship” in “No Man’s Sky”, other than the one that players have in the beginning of the game, the game allows you to purchase a new one, or players could also fix broken ships, abandoned in some planets. However, the items that were left behind when the Sentinel killed the player will still remain. This is a great way to help you earn money to buy all those expensive starships. You’ll now have all the items you had pre-death, plus the items that you just retrieved. Many found the game boring after a couple of hours as there is not much to do apart from exploring similar planets. Following the Path of Atlas is one of the guidance options you can select when visiting Atlas Stations – you can also select the “Center” path, which sends you directly toward the center of the galaxy. Each of these locations has their own supply and demand for the various goods you’ll find, as indicated by a percentage next to their name. This means while you are scavenging around you will be able to duplicate infinite amounts of whatever item it is that you need, without venturing forth to search for more. After healing the alien, he presented us with a recipe for the Hyperdrive. While your hyperdrive requires Warp Cells, your Pulse Engine is powered by Thamium9. The game involves a lot of space exploration, discovering alien species as well as material farming.
For those really keen on dragging a haul of goodies around the galaxy, you will want to keep an eye out for a Trader class ship (the others are Fighter, Explorer and Science), as they have larger capacities as standard at the expense of speed and maneuverability.

If you’re looking to get to the center of the universe quickly (without using exploits or cheats), we recommend following the Atlas questline. Now that I’ve figured out how to craft the fuel that propels me from one solar system to another, getting there is no big deal.
