No Man’s Sky’s PC port is broken and buggy

The shallow nature of everything other than the procedural universe creation in No Man’s Sky also extends to your interaction with intelligent alien species in the game. Well, the hiring of a quality assurance team doesn’t exactly corroborate this, but it does mean that Hello Games are serious about solidifying an exemplary gameplay experience in No Man’s Sky. Even if you only fly a few hundred feet, the resources are used and that’s a bit punishing to players for no reason.

Game Informer was able to confirm the GPU issues with a system running with a i7-6700, GTX 980Ti, and 16GB RAM. The first-person shooting aspect may be a little choppy, and the visuals take some getting used to, but that won’t detract from the experience of playing the game. But, facing hostile creatures and fierce pirates, you’ll know that death comes at a cost, and survival will be down to the choices you make over how you upgrade your ship, your weapon and suit. No Man’s Sky’s impossible scale offers me freedom from that cognitive strain.

And it’s also reliable: Players figured out that you can use commonly found sensors to search for “shelter”, and you’ll end up finding a drop pod nearly every time.

No Man’s Sky does have its flaws with the empty feeling when traveling the galaxy since everything becomes somewhat repetitive and familiar.
