Clemson (13-0, 1st) brings their undefeated record into the Orange Bowl game and their sights set on one more game to cap a ideal year. He finished with 150 yards on 26 carries.
“You’re splitting hairs here”, Swinney said.
For Oklahoma, it was a disappointing end to a comeback season. Clemson held them to 67.
Clemson can draw on lots of bowl experience, with a postseason victory each of the past three seasons. After a disastrous loss to Texas in October, few thought those hallmarks would happen.
“We continued to evolve and grow as a team”, coach Bob Stoops said. “This team is probably going to take it all next year”.
There’s no Clemsoning with this bunch.
