In news that makes me sad and question a few things, it appears that former Dancing with the Stars contestant Noah Galloway has called off his engagement to Jamie Boyd. The couple looked head-over-heels in love when Noah proposed to the Army Reserves specialist during a live show of the ABC dancing competition in May 2015.

“After long and careful consideration we’ve chose to end our engagement”, the 33-year-old wrote next to a picture of the duo. “While we wanted to share this you, we appreciate the respect of our privacy at this time”, Noah captioned a snapshot of himself with Jamie on the photo-sharing site on Monday, October 26.
Boyd also posted an Instagram photo of the former couple together at a red carpet appearance.
Galloway and his partner Sharna Burgess finished third last season, with Rumer Willis taking home the Mirror Ball Trophy.
“The moment when you surprised me on the show was one of the most unbelievable moments I’ve ever had”. And the song [I danced to], ‘The Time of My Life, ‘ you give that to me. After receiving his scores for an emotional Viennese Waltz, Boyd stood next to host Erin Andrews and told her then-boyfriend, who lost his left arm and leg in combat, how proud she was of him. Boyd told ET about Galloway after the proposal.

Noah is twice divorced and shares three children – sons Colston and Jack, and daughter Rian Elizabeth – with his ex-wife Tracey.
