Nolito has said he turned down Barcelona to sign for Pep Guardiola at Manchester City.
“The truth is I enjoyed working with him [Guardiola] in Barcelona even though it wasn’t much [in terms of] time”.
“I was fortunate to play in Barcelona, although not much in the first team”.
England midfielder Delph said: “The new manager has come in and he’s got his ideas and the big thing that I have noticed is that the intensity has gone through the roof”.
“I’d say I’ve learnt more in these three weeks than I have throughout my whole career”.
