North Korea is preparing attacks

North Korean leader Kim Jong Un is reportedly preparing to launch a terror attack against South Korea, according to top officials in Seoul.

“It has become clear that we can not break North Korea’s will to develop nuclear weapons through existing means and goodwill”, South Korean President Park Geun-Hye said.

Seoul recently vowed to take “bone-numbing” measures against Pyongyang following the latter’s nuclear test last month and a satellite launch this month, CNN noted.
