North Korea should have been handled 25 years ago
Others put less stock into “the storm”, and choose to believe it’s just the USA president cutting a promo as if he were back at Wrestlemania 23 and on the verge of shaving cabinet member Linda MacMahon’s husband.

Just as the White House press corps was preparing to head home Thursday night, President Trump summoned reporters to the State Dining Room, where they found him posing for a group photo with his highest-ranking military advisers and their wives. “They are preparing for new tests of a long-range missile”.
White House staff quickly gathered the press pool for an unscheduled photo opportunity after 7:00 pm, telling reporters the president decided he wanted the dinner documented.
US President Donald Trump on Saturday set off a fresh round of speculation, after he tweeted that “only one thing will work” with North Korea, but failed to divulge what that might be.
The immediate consequences of Trump’s United Nations speech included ratcheting up nuclear-war tensions on the Korean peninsula and torpedoing a possible diplomatic breakthrough with Iranian President Hassan Rouhani. News reports say he is expected to refuse to make that certification.
“Iran is a bad player and they will be taken care of as a bad player”, he said, reinforcing expectations he will decertify the agreement this week, a step that could lead to its termination. This is the fundamental flaw of the agreement. Two senior United States officials told CNN this week that Trump plans to “decertify” the deal soon, declaring the Obama-era pact not in U.S. interests and launching a congressional review period on the accord.
All the Iranians need to do to become a nuclear power is to resume spinning centrifuges. It should have been handled during the Obama administration.
So whether we like it or not, a storm is coming.
It would seem that North Korea is the likely storm to which he refers.
Our military options are and should always be a last resort. Does Trump not know that in the early 1950s, it was the US who for its own strategic reasons totally destroyed North Korea and killed about four millions of its citizens?

Meanwhile, just right after few hours from Trump’s tweets, the North Korean Leader, Kim Jong Un, boasts the nuclear weapons of his country. “We need your help more than ever”. He must do something – now.
