#NotMiAbuela: People aren’t feeling Hillary Clinton’s claims that she’s just

The internet said not-so-fast this week to Hillary Clinton, when her campaign posted a list of seven ways she’s “just like your abuela” – the Spanish word for grandmother.

Hillary Clinton’s campaign on social media has expanded to include blog posts written by content strategists and a plethora of hashtags.

Another Twitter user, Laura Cristal Magaña, wrote: “Abuela couldn’t visit me in U.S. because she didn’t have ‘papers;’ #NotMyAbuela #notmiabuela”.

Clinton’s director of Latino outreach, Lorella Praeli, was the one who responded to this most recent dust-up, according to the New York Times. Does Hillary Clinton know that both my abuelas are en el cielo?
