The Playboy Mansion, reputedly host to some of America’s most raucous parties and other shenanigans too graphic for print, is up for sale for $200 million, United States media said Saturday. But there’s one big catch if you purchase the estate you get the notorious Hugh Hefner with it.

The 6-acre Beverly Hills estate will be listed sometime with the next month, TMZ reported.
The property, apparently worth more for its six acres than the house itself, will likely sell for closer to $80 to $90 million, according to TMZ’s real estate sources.

The famed magazine publisher is so committed to this agreement that he’s refusing to allow potential buyers to peruse his current living quarters.
Prospective buyers can tour the property, but the master suite – Hef’s bedroom – is off-limits.

The mansion has 29 rooms – including a wine cellar, screening room and game room – in addition to three zoo and aviary buildings, koi pond, citrus orchard, tennis and basketball courts a swimming pool and a waterfall.
