Nvidia Releases GeForce Experience 3.0 Featuring Redesigned UI, Improved Functionality

Do you use GeForce Experience? Now the program has been bumped up to version 3.0, bringing many new features and revamping the app to be blazingly fast. This both follows through and contrasts with plans that NVIDIA announced almost a year ago with respect to account requirements.

– Game-Ready Drivers. Get Game Ready drivers meticulously opitmised for each newly released title. NVIDIA has done some under-the-hood optimizations to make GeForce Experience eat less resources. Instead they continue to issue new driver releases through their web page, even though, according to NVIDIA, that the majority of their driver updates are already served through GeForce Experience.

GeForce Experience went through a complete redesign, getting new, extra features as compared to its predecessors and offering a much cleaner and attractive user interface.

Meanwhile, if the alternative details view shows a list of games on the left side, while the details are seen on the right side of the screen. GeForce Experience as a tool, allows GeForce users to update the graphics drivers, optimize their games and offer a range of features such as Gamestream, Shadowplay and GeForce Experience Share. When putting this to the test on my machine my measurements were more like two times as fast and a third the ram.

Annoyingly, the new version does require that you register an account with them to use it, and there’s no way to downgrade to the previous if you decide that’s not for you. In fact while 3.0.5 started up with 88MB of ram is shortly settled in with only 54 MB of ram used. So first up, we are looking at a new and modern UI (User Interface) that’s not only light weight, but runs faster too.

You can record your games at up to 4K resolution at 60 frames per second, or livestream straight to Twitch or YouTube Gaming at 60 fps in full HD.
