Obama and the Founding of the Islamic State
He used the president’s full name – Barack Hussein Obama – which is a tactic used by opponents of Mr Obama to imply he is a secret Muslim.

The Republican nominee roiled the campaign late Wednesday by telling a rally in Florida that Obama “is the founder of ISIS”. He’s the founder of ISIS, OK? He is the founder of ISIS.
“Isis is honoring President Obama”, Trump said of Islamic State.
Trump has long blamed Obama and his former secretary of state – Clinton – for their Mideast policy.
In an interview and campaign event in Florida on Thursday, Trump doubled down on his comments.
“I don’t care”, Trump replied. Asked how he planned to reverse Clinton’s advantage, Trump said he simply planned to do “the same thing I’m doing right now”.
An MVP award is given out in sporting competitions to the best or most valuable player, similar to a “Man of the Match” or “Best and Fairest” award in Australia. Him and Hillary, she gets it too.
Hewitt pushed back again, saying that Obama is “not sympathetic” to ISIS and “hates” and is “trying to kill them”. “I gave them co-founder if you really looked at the speech”. He’s the founder! He founded ISIS!’ he continued, always crescendoing. Everyone’s liking it. I think they’re liking it.
Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump holds a chart as he speaks to the National Association of Home Builders, Thursday, Aug. 11, 2016, in Miami Beach, Fla.
“Our government isn’t giving us good protection”.
“Barack Obama is the founder… of ISIS”, Trump said. “He is the most valuable player”. Wonder no more. Obama on Thursday – in the middle of his scheduled two-week vacation in Martha’s Vineyard – told the world what he was listening to with a tweet.
In a statement, the Clinton campaign similarly blasted Trump’s remarks, adding that they mimic statements from Russian president Vladimir Putin. “She is responsible for ISIS”.
“Well, I disagree”, Trump said.
Clinton spokesman Jesse Lehrich, in response to Trump’s initial remarks, pointed to US advances against the militant group in Libya this week.
USA bombers have also repeatedly struck trucks carrying oil that ISIS has extracted from oil fields in the shrinking area it now controls, striking 83 tankers along the Syria-Iraq border as recently as Sunday.
Mrs Clinton tried to seize the opportunity to win back some of the blue collar voters who have supported her rival, making the case that she offers a steadier roadmap for economic growth and prosperity. She’s already released previous years. It’s what it was.
Just in the past few days ISIS lost the city of Manbij, in northern Syria, a significant victory because it controls key routes to ISIS’ de facto Syrian capital, Raqqa. “And I give it to him, and I give it to, I gave the co-founder to Hillary”. “Right?” Trump told the audience at a rally in Fayetteville, North Carolina.
On Wednesday night, former ambassador to Russia Michael McFaul hit Trump on the comments, saying they mimicked Russian talking points created to sow anger toward the United States and the West.
“I was against the war in Iraq”, Trump told CNBC. Clearly, there’s culpability. There’s a lot we could have done in Iraq. I wouldn’t have gone into Iraq. But that mistake was made. That was a disgusting mistake. It was a disgusting mistake – one of the worst mistakes in the history of our country.
